Crieff Business Meeting Rooms

A meeting you won’t want to end

This isn’t any ordinary meeting space, but you can probably see that.

It’s where big ideas get bigger. Where working together works better. And where inspiration comes from a sense that nothing is impossible (at least, not when you’re holding a chocolate chip cookie).

Or, if you prefer, it’s just a very lovely place to spend your working day.

Your space, your way

Flexibility is everything. Need to create a breakout space? Want direct access to the hotel grounds? Product launch, training session or brainstorming session – we make anything possible.

Looks matter

Dramatic backdrops, cleverly hidden high-tech and sumptuous modern comfort. We asked the renowned international design team at Graven Images to completely reinvent the meeting room.

Fast WiFi

Power on. Click. Connect. We’ve done away with the faff that comes with passwords – so all your delegates can enjoy superfast speeds.

Show it large

The very latest flat panel display in Barvick – or a similarly impressive dropdown projector screen in Earn – your images will look breathtaking.

Wireless presentations

Why tie yourself up in audio and video cables? Get the freedom of the room, with truly wireless plug and play.

Lights, aircon, action

Barvick and Earn enjoy stunning natural light. There are blinds, of course – and you can control the lighting too. The same goes for the temperature: something we know delegates really care about.

Inspired catering

Popcorn for the morning break. Sushi for lunch. Energy-boosting smoothies to beat the afternoon lull. Our chef can create almost anything you can imagine – including the best plate of homemade sandwiches you’ve ever tasted.

Big ideas. Big canvas

Think of the biggest pinboard you can imagine, and you’re halfway there. Get inspiration from stick-on shapes – like thought clouds and arrows – and get everyone involved. Then simply take a photo to record the results.

2012 Salmon Season Opens

The 2012 Salmon Season is now officially under way after Glaswegian Lee Conway cast and caught the first fish of the year. He was also responsible for the first catch of 2011.

Other important local figures involved in the ceremonies were Stephen Leckie and Steve Lomas.

Stephen Leckie is the Chief Executive of the Crieff Hydro and also president of the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce. He hosted a breakfast for the business community which took place at the Dunkeld House Hotel.

The St Johnston manager Steve Lomas on the other hand had his first cast on the river right in front of the hotel.

The real winner out of the start to the Salmon Season is the greater area of Perthshire with an estimated boost of 5 million pounds to the local economy.
